Tonight I wanna share a simple story with a deep message.

Recently, a rich man hosted a feast in his house. When the guests were enjoying their meals, the cook suddenly whispered something to the host. Spontaneously, he called upon his guests and explained that the cook had accidently put a rat poison in the food. He apologized profusely for the mistake. All of a sudden, the guests rushed to the toilet, because suddenly they experienced stomach aches and bouts of vomiting. A doctor was called and later, it was discovered that the host was mistaken. Actually, there was no poison in the food. It was really a simple case misunderstanding. As a result, the guests were relieved. Suddenly, the stomach pains and vomiting were gone. Within minutes everything was back to normal.

Based on the story, it shows that the mind has a great influence on an individual.
My simple conclusion for the tonight bedtime story - everything starts in the mind and everything can ends in the mind as well.
